Retirement

Paid Time Off (PTO)
FVCI offers PTO time that starts accruing from day one of employment. You may use this time as you see fit.
Ownership
FVCI is an employee-owned company. In addition to the company ESOP, team members may apply for direct stock ownership starting after a year of employment.
