Lift Station Improvements
Project Overview
Fleis & VandenBrink was the design engineer and construction manager for the construction of electrical and site improvements to the existing can style lift station at the Allendale Township Park. The project included removal of the electrical and control components from the can structure and relocating them above grade. The new electrical gear and control components were upgraded and installed in a new precast concrete electrical building. Site improvements included new fencing for added security around the lift station and the water tower as well as additional paving and baseball diamond improvements within the park.
F&V Construction was able to combine multiple Township projects into one project and utilize the same trade contractors to save cost and improve installation timing.
